Samsung Smartwatch May Be Equipped with Flexible Display
Samsung recently received a patent award that gives away a bit of details on its upcoming smartwatch. Samsung already release Galaxy Note III on September 4th,a couple of days before the IFA 2013 expo in Berlin, Germany. The SM-V700 model number mentioned in the patent document matches earlier rumors on the device.
New smartwatch will be called the Samsung Gear, which will be equipped with a few physical buttons, microUSB port, microphone and speaker. One very interesting detail would be the flexible display and if it’s true, this would be among the first implementation of the technology in consumer products.
